Our Mission

At Muses, we are dedicated to bringing art back into society. The modern generation is growing up without art, instead being bombarded by advertisements through billboards, news, and technology. Art is something that cannot be replaced by a screen, and it has been fundamental to our society for thousands of years.

How We Handle Shipping, Payment, and Returns

Payment is handled directly through PayPal so there is no threat of your credit card number or any other personal information being stolen by others. Upon purchase of art, the artist is notified and they are required to ship within 2 days. After these two days, please wait another 3-5 business days for your art to arrive(the artist is required to send you a tracking number). All artists go through extensive background checks before they are approved, and an artist will not receive payment until you receive the order. As a result the chance of fraud is little to none. We realize art looks different online than in person and we allow any returns within 10 days of receipt as long as there is not damage. If the art is damaged from shipping we will pick up the cost and reimburse you completely.

Can I buy multiple pieces of art?
Art is unique as a result we cannot guarantee sale of multiple pieces of art. Feel free however to contact us if you would like to purchase multiple pieces and we will contact the artist for you!

Can I leave a review for art?
Again, an artist may not be selling the art you bought again, however you can leave a review about the artist on the artist's page.

What should I do if what I receive is not what I expected?
We will look into the artist description, and if it does not have enough information, we will reimburse you completely. ARTISTS PLEASE NOTE: We are extremely strict, you may or may not receive a warning before your account is taken down. ANY fraudulent activity is an immediate ban from the site.
