Thanks to everyone who came to the first meeting! But don’t worry if you missed it (or couldn’t see/hear during it), here are a few reminders of the key points: - If you have already registered online, please remember to pay your dues, they are $11 and should go to room A207. Paying dues will activate your online account, which will allow to sign up online for some of the new events (see below)
- If you haven't already, become a member by registering yourself on this website: Click "Join Now" and then simply fill in your account information!
- Sign Up for the Step Out to Fight Diabetes Walk, which is our first community service event. (Note: its not related to the Community Service Project) This event will be on Oct 12 in San Jose from 7am-2pm, but you will need to sign up by 9/19, this Friday. You can sign up either online (with your newly activate online account :D ) or by emailing Mark:

- Sign Up to become part of the Business Relationship Development Committee, which will be researching and contacting businesses to ask for donations and sponsorships for Homestead FBLA. Join to improve public speaking skills, gain real world experience, and network with business professionals!
- Buy a T-Shirt. We are currently out of our current stock of T-Shirts, but due to popular demand, we will be making a second order on October 14th so order a shirt before then to make sure that you get one.
Our next meeting will be at Lunch on Sept 30 in A207.
