What is Leadership Development Institute?

Leadership Development Institute, or LDI, is the first FBLA conference of the year. Unlike the other conferences available, you won’t have to worry about competing and preparing for your competition, so you get to really enjoy your time at LDI. As a result, LDI is open to everyone who wishes to attend. At LDI, a series of workshops about a variety of business-related topics are hosted by business professionals, as well as state and section FBLA officers. LDI is an excellent opportunity to network with FBLA members from Bay Section, Central Section, and Northern Section.
