What is Bay Section Leadership Conference?

Bay Section Leadership Conference, or BSLC, is the first conference that you get to compete in. BSLC is the first stage of competition, with qualifying winners invited to attend the State Leadership Conference in April. Competitors compete in their respective competitions in the morning and attend workshops and socialize in the afternoon. Winners in each competition are announced in the evening and receive plaques for their amazing performance.
